Privacy & Information We Collect
We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little information as possible. This is a static informational website for the most part, and casual visitors are not required to provide any personal information to view public content.
The Site includes a password-protected area used by authorized club members to upload event photographs. This area is not available to the general public. When a file is uploaded:
- Uploaded image files are scanned for malware before being published. To perform this scan, files are transmitted to VirusTotal, a third-party security service whose handling of submitted files is governed by their own privacy policy and terms.
- Any descriptions or captions entered by the uploader are published alongside the photographs in the public galleries.
- Only authorized members with the upload password should use this area. Do not upload images you do not have permission to share.
